Specchia is a little town far only few kilometres from the sea. It is one of the 98 most beautiful  little town in Italy. In the contrys de, surrounded by old olive trees,we rent a flat next to a smart villa, whose name in “Casino Verardo”.
The house that we rent is an old restaured “suppinna ”.
The "suppinna" was an old place for people working in the next “ frantoio ipogeo “, that is an old place where they produced oil. “ Casino Verardo “ was an old house, that is now restaured. It is perfect place for relaxing.

“Verardo" was a big property with olive trees. In ancient times an hipogean oil mill was built for the production of oil. The owner lived in the “ Casino “, the main house, and peasants lived in the “suppinna".
The property of “Verardo" belongs now to different owners.  The owner of the hypogean oil mill and of the “casino" had restaured there and now he is offering for rent the restaured “suppinna" next to hipogean mill and to the main house.
